This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the GimFit platform (hereinafter, «the Platform»), owned by GimFit, which connects personal trainers with clients in the Principality of Andorra and provides booking management, scheduling and communication services.

Access to the Platform is free. Certain features (bookings, chat, profile) require prior registration. Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. Use of the Platform for unlawful purposes, to send fraudulent or harmful content, or for any activity that could damage GimFit, its users or third parties is strictly prohibited.

All Platform content — texts, images, logos, source code, graphic design and the GimFit brand — is protected under Andorran law and applicable international intellectual property regulations. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without prior written authorisation from GimFit is expressly prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use. Content uploaded by users (profile photos, messages, documents) remains under their ownership, but users grant GimFit a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Platform.

GimFit acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting trainers and clients. GimFit is not a party to the contractual relationship between trainer and client and is not liable for: • The quality, safety or suitability of services provided by trainers. • Injuries, damages or losses arising from training sessions. • The accuracy of information provided by users on the Platform. • Technical service interruptions due to force majeure or maintenance.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. GimFit is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy policies of those sites.

GimFit reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform.

This Legal Notice is governed by the law of the Principality of Andorra. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Principality of Andorra.
